Julian started his career in the early 90's as an editor and cameraman in Vancouver, BC. Since then he has worked for a number of broadcasters such as CBC, Global and APTN.

Julian also taught television and new media production at the Nova Scotia Community College and worked as an online media specialist at the NSCC.

in 2002 Julian started Handcraft Communications, a successful video production company that is now firefly digital media inc.

With a degree in Radio and Television production in Ryerson, Tracy comes to firefly from the Downtown Halifax Business Commission. As Director of Marketing for the DHBC, Tracy was responsible for setting the marketing objectives for business in the downtown core.

Previously Tracy worked with Neptune Theatre in Halifax as well as marketing for The Walt Disney Company out of their Vancouver office.

Tracy began her career in Radio at Rogers Broadcasting and is excited about renewing her love of video and audio production.

Tracy's role at firefly is to maintain customer relations, build new partnerships and take on the role of Executive Producer.
